I have been extremely happy with every order from ABC Lettering. In the past, I had placed orders from some of the Internet companies for my custom apparel, and that was always a huge mess. The Internet companies always messed up something on my orders from the logo size, logo color, wrong logo, logo positioning, the apparel size, apparel color, the quality of apparel specified on the website wasn't close to the quality of apparel that I received, but they insisted it was the correct apparel, and there were many, many other issues with the Internet companies... But I have not had any of those issues with ABC Lettering! And ABC Lettering has a lot of experience in the industry, so they can help you choose the correct apparel and logo options that will fit your needs. It is impossible to get that type of personalized assistance with the Internet companies. You can also actually touch and try on the apparel before you place the order. I highly recommend ABC Lettering!!!

I have been bringing my pups here their whole life. Yesterday one of our pups was limping and very lethargic. After calling, Rockford Vet walked us through what to look for to determine the urgency of her condition. After discovering she had a high fever they went above and beyond by squeezing her into their already full schedule so she could be seen and receive medicine needed to reduce the fever. My puppy got severely mauled at his last daycare. Thanks to the grace of God he recovered but then I was left with this dilemma of getting his energy out while working constantly and not fearing for his life.
This place is PERFECT. For starters, they employ competent people who understand animals. (That should be bare minimum but some other places are trash)
They have charts for each dog with their medical history, allergies, restrictions, preferences, etc., and they curate daily play groups based on all that information.
My guy is a 14lb Boston terrier and I don’t want him with any dog over 30lb ever. They put him in groups with hyperactive little dogs and if there aren’t enough for a group then he gets playtime with one at a time.
They have cameras all over the facility that you can log into and livestream watch your dog play all day through their app.
The dogs get breaks and snacks and nap time. This place is basically a high end preschool but for dogs. It’s the same level of cleanliness and competence you’d expect for a human child. And that is my standard for this dog now after everything we went through.
He loves it, I love it, and it’s just a happy coincidence that I already had him on a NutriSource diet so I can just grab food and treats when I pick him up.
5 stars, zero complaints.
Oh and their groomers are amazing, they gave my 13 year old cat a flawless lion cut and he wasn’t even mad about it.

Called Torgerson because my Well went out. They answered right away! They said they could come out the next day. They were here when they said they were going to be here. And now I have water! Thanks for the awesome service! Only thing I would change is, I wish the price would have been discussed before the work started. But at the end of the day I have water and it needed to get done anyway.
