Very responsive and helpful. I had my HVAC unit go out do to a storm and power surge. They had the parts replaced and up and running very quickly. The tech who came out was very good to work with and help me understand the issues at hand.
Our service rep was very knowledgeable and personable, explained what he was going to do and then reviewed what he did after. Wore protective booties when in the house. And in the end concluded that we didn’t need the service for which we had contacted High Road. They will be our first call when we need something in the future.
