We reached out to Brandon Kraemer about some updates we have been planning around the exterior of our house (referred by a friend who had a similar project with the same company). After visiting and going over our priorities with him, we received an estimate on roof and gutter replacement on our house and garage. Not only did Brandon move fast, but scheduling was easy. There was no waiting around hoping we could find a contractor that might get us on their schedule. We don’t have a big house, but we felt like an important client. Materials were excellent, above-standard in quality. His crew was professional, efficient and thorough. Not only do we now know that our upgrade is a drastic improvement from some of the issues that previous flippers left behind, the upgrades also earned us a significant discount on our homeowners insurance. Throughout the whole process it felt easy to be candid and honest and receive the same communication back. Financing was no problem to work with. His field guy Adan was no problem to work with. Chris on gutters was helpful. We never felt pressured, and now we love having a safer roof and gutters over our house.
