Hantho Outdoor Services

Do not use Hantho Irrigation/Outdoor Services. This company was Olson Irrigation, after the change to Hantho, though, the service has been very poor. Last summer, we asked for them to come and look at some broken irrigation heads it took them three months. We had to get another company to come out after they had failed multiple times to return calls and keep appointments. Stupidly, we still had them blow out our irrigation system in the fall. When we went to turn the system this spring the main outdoor spigot did not turn. We emailed them away. They were unhelpful and basically told us to call a plumber. We had a plumber come out pay them $190 and they told us that irrigation company has over tightened such that the stem was backed all the way out into the packing. We let Hantho know and they shirked all responsibility and seemed offended by the plumbers assessment rather than apologetic about causing the issue. There are other great irrigation companies in town like: Red River Irrigation or Outdoor Decisions or Omega Landscaping that will gladly help you. Pass on Hantho and the headache!
