The haircuts from Devonlee at West End Salon & MedSpa are the best I've ever had. I've tried many hairdressers in Rochester, but Devonlee's cut is exactly what I want.

This was my first visit at West End Salon and Spa after seeking out Jennifer Rodgers per lots of recommendations and I couldn't be happier. She definitely knows her stuff and was excellent at taking the time to communicate with me to make sure she knew exactly what I was looking to do. I truly felt she was genuinely invested in my hair and her passion really shows as she seemed just as excited as I was. She was very transparent in what to expect and there were no surprises. She truly transformed my hair! As for the salon, it was clean and inviting and everyone was very nice. Jen was also able to get me in really fast. This business was super! Last minute appointment with the last second change of appointment and treated me like I was a VIP . Got to keep my hockey mullet without losing my wife’s respect :-) now that’s a full service salon.Service: Haircut
