I visited the Ulta Beauty in Rochester today and received the most amazing help from Alexis. She went above and beyond to assist us in finding the YSL mini perfume gift she looked everywhere, I mean EVERYWHERE. She didn’t stop looking until she finally found it!! Alexis was absolutely amazing this woman deserves a raise SERIOUSLY her determination and excellent customer service really makes a difference. I can’t Thank You enough on how amazing this women is. You just made someone’s Christmas!

I'm a more middle-aged person who never got into wearing makeup when I was younger, so I came in a bit overwhelmed and not knowing where to start. Emily was fantastic and helped me find some basic makeup to get me started. I appreciated her kindness and willingness to listen to what I was looking for.
