I had a bad experience with one of the stylist there telling me my coupon for a free map hair cut was no good anf giving me a hard time and making things feel hostile but stylist destiny w brought up to management and they made every right thanks to all you folks there

Came an hour before closing (7pm)and as i pulled up they were locking the doors at 6:03pm……😠 why advertise 7 online and 8pm on the door??? (It is wednesday)

Took my son here to get a haircut 1-19-26. We have been going here for a couple of years now and today was the worst experience 2 older ladies working and the quality of work was very poor. I wasn't the only disappointed parent. It is as if they were still in training or just didn't care. Won't be going back.

Came in for a haircurt, left without. Apparently the store is closed, atleast when I arrived at 4pm it was locked up. Disappointing because I don't live in Rochester and I added it to my list of errands for the day. Called the North store and no answer and neither have a voice mail set up.

The hours posted are until 6:00 pm. We went online and got “in line” for a cut. We drove into Rochester just to be turned away because they were “closing early.” We will NEVER give this chain business again. This was in Rochester, MN. The staff member was extremely rude.

All of your stylists are good, but Destiny is extremely professional. She really listens and did a terrific job on my haircut. I have a horrible cowlick and she really works hard to get it under control. My wife commented on how nice my cut looked when I walked into the house. She also did a great job on my Ultimate MVP service, which was a really relaxing experience. She never rushes and always makes me feel like a valued client. I really appreciate that. Thank you!
