    Tech Caleb had a cancellation and spent 15min at most to simply install the part.
    He was great.
    As for the folks that answer the phones, your company should provide the means to invoke necessary expediting when customers don't get service appointments twice and end up with a third appointment 2wks later from the original slot when it was not the fault of the customer. Your 'system' is simply catering to the convenience of your people and not the inconveniences experienced by your customers.
    I would be interested in discussing further my frustrations with this unfortunate experience. Thanks for your tech saving the day

    Appreciated the updates on Rick’s time of arrival and that he showed me what was causing my issues but gave me options if I needed to get a new dishwasher and what appliances the plan covered if I chose to enroll.

    Technician was good, timely, but Choice/Sears refused to replace the door of my microwave. It’s unusable without the repair. It’s money down the drain, both for the contract and for the $75 service call. I’m not happy with Choice. I want a refund.
