I reached out to Roto-Rooter for assistance with a plumbing issue. The appointment was set quickly, and I was given the choice of time blocks. Travis showed up early, was very professional, yet friendly. He took the time to explain things to me, and most importantly was out quickly. He resolved the issue, the cost was reasonable, and I appreciated his honesty. Hopefully, I will not need to call on them again, but if I do, I’m sure I will get the same great service.
Travis did a great job of clearing our slow floor drain and then camera verified proper operation! Rochester Plumbing and Heating has been our goto service company for the past 53 years (from installation to maintenance); and will remain so!
