My gal Kim #2 is the Best ever! Her designs are incredible. She always has a positive attitude and very friendly! I only come here and I live up on the North Shore. I recommend this place to everyone!

I really like Katie, very conscientious and excellent at her talent of caring for my nails.I was disappointed when I had an appointment with her, she was a bit late, so they had another person do my mani/pedi. I was not offered the option to wait for Katie, who I would have waited for her, since we have a connection and I know her quality of workmanship. 5 starts for Katie!Only 3 for the rest at this time. Next time I will insist on KATIE to do my nails, or reschedule if she's not available.

We had made an appointment so didn’t have to wait to get in. My manicurist was quiet and friendly and she did a good job on my gel nails. I think it’s a nice touch when they offer you something to drink (which they didn’t—not sure if they typically do that here). There was a woman leaving who was very unhappy with her nails, however, and they tried to turn that frown upside down but the customer wasn’t going for it (she left, unhappy). Our experience was a positive one.
