Brought my son for a haircut, ended up waiting more than an hour and a half because they kept taking extra people in for haircuts even though they weren't checked in.... All because they came with someone else and decided they wanted a haircut too. That's very unprofessional! Won't return here again.

Gosh, I wish I could give more starts but on 2 occasions I went, showed the barber a pic of the haircut i want, they said thy got it, and both times my hair was not cut at ALL the way I wanted. Cuts are too pricey for the lack of follow through.

There are two young women at that barbershop who tell you to come in and register, but they just waste your time. The service is terrible with these two women.

When I checked in it said it was a 10 minute wait ….it took over 1/2 hour just to get into the chair . They chopped my son’s hair and I didn’t notice the long piece till we got out of the mall . I couldn’t go back because they were closing, for the price I paid it should have been an amazing experience and it was not !!!

Called MJ’s number on Saturday to make sure they had openings, the person who answered told me that no appointments is needed, to come on in and they would get me quick. I Arrived and spoke with one of their barbers he asked me if I had an appointment told him I didn’t and he said to sign in. Which I did. Waiting 25 min and no one spoke with me or even acknowledge that I was there. Before I left I spoke with one of the barbers and asked him if I could come back the next day and make the appointment with him personally on the spot. He said to come back the next day Sunday at 1pm. Came back Sunday got to MJ’s at 12:45pm I didn’t see the guy that I made the appointment with. The barber who was there mentioned he would be in shortly and to have a seat. 1:00pm came around still had not seen the barber I made the appointment with. So I decided to give him a call and mentioned I was there waiting. He mentioned he wasn’t going to be there today and that he was going to call one of his barbers to get me right away. Waiting 20 minutes more and no one spoke with me or asked me to be next while others that were coming in after me went up next. Not a good experience at all. Very unsatisfied!

It's an establishment at the MALL, you would think that they have only professionals working here, how would they make a job like this?? There is good barbers here, but the one star rating is for the fact that they also have beginners who can ruin your hair like this. In a good establishment you are supposed to trust everyone who works there.
