Very good service from the receptionist, nurses, doctors, and lab techs. They all get 5 stars. However the coding and billing department gets 0. Got charged for an outpatient visit during my physical cause I discussed my heartburn and lactose intolerance. Lesson learned. My next physical I won't discuss anything or answer any of their questions. Ill make a separate visit for all that if needed. If they ask you do you have any pain and you say I have some knee pain. They will look at your knee for a couple minutes and then you will get charged for that. The US healthcare system is the biggest scam there is. This type of shit is common wherever you go.

If you need a PCP Dr Scott Holtz is THE MAN and he does it all. He’s a confident knowledgeable and seasoned provider that provides excellent whole patient care. This is for sure the PCP there is.

Made an appointment for a yearly check up. Made arrangements for the day off. Mayo called and changed the doctor I was to see. No problem. Then they called again and changed the doctor I was to see again. No problem. Then I checked in for my appointment, and they said I can't be seen. They cancelled my appointment and didn't notify me! Big problem!! Mayo just let me drive all the way in after I made special arrangements for the day off!!! Mayo let me down huge!!!! That is not good patient care!!!!! Practice what you preach!!!!!! Mayo says one thing but does another!!!!!!!! Could not be more disappointed ?
