Really friendly people especially one of the valet person he was fantastic and super friendly they all were. what I didn't like is the fact that he went to the emergency room in Mankato and they couldn't even to the procedure there and drain his infected incision but make us come all the way back to Rochester. not like I don't love to travel around, but my family is not rich and everyone works it's hard to find someone the point is like other places can do the same thing as Rochester, even new ulm probably could have. somewhere closer. I think the the mayo is ok but for people who live around there it is .

I’m here for some specialized procedures. We had major issues with insurance verifications, but the staff who assisted in ensuring appointments were scheduled was definitely five star. Despite the issues, they really focused on making sure they did everything in their power to help. They always called back and followed through. Shout out to Cici who helped with all of the scheduling along the way - I wish I could meet this person and give them a huge hug for all the help.

Mayo clinic in Rochester is the best place in the world. Not only a hospital it is a complete culture of coordinated services with perfection with a suitable environment and highly set infrastructure. You walk the west ramp as if you are in touristic journeys of luxury and comfort
