I just bought a used Subaru Legacy as a commuter because I work in La Crosse. Drove it to work 4 times and the transmission died, or so I thought. Joe was able to save my trans. I would have ended up spending the same I paid for the entire car if it wasn't for him saving it. Anyone can work on a vehicle, but it is hard to find someone who knows exactly what they are doing! He was honest and respectful from the beginning about everything. For as long as I am in Rochester and he is still working my vehicles will go to him. Thanks Joe.
I've been to Joe's twice now over two or three years. He's extremely knowledgeable about transmissions and automotive information in general. He's as honest as they come, but don't expect a clean shop. I would highly recommend him. Honest, fair and knowledgeable, what else could you ask for?
Joe is who you go to if you want reliable, and respectful service. He'll tell you like it is and doesn't upsell you. I had the transmission on my 04 Silverado, and he went to Wisconsin to source the replacement transmission. In the end, Joe goes above and beyond.Service: Transmission
