Was rear ended last month- after submitting photos on the insurance site, and receiving an estimate and check (within 24 hours) I went to Caliber (previously Med City- same great staff) immediate service- the guy explained what needed to be done from here, and if more work was required, they’d work directly with Allstate- and asked if I needed a rental car- no. The work ended up double the estimate- no prob- all taken care of- updated and finished early- and clean! I don’t know about other places in Rochester, but these guys can’t be beat- thank you!! Had work done there this week. The work quality was excellent, and they were extremely easy to work with. They had an issue come up that was not their fault that was going to delay my vehicle getting done when they said. They ended up pushing through the issue and I was able to pick it up at the end of the day, Friday. I highly recommend them if you need body work done. This is the second time I've used them in the last (2) years.Services: Painting

We were not only satisfied with their fine quality of workmanship, but also a special 'thanks' to Josh, who made us feel 'welcomed' the moment we stepped through the door.
