Had a home inspected by HomePro today. From first interaction to final they were quick to respond, thorough, and professional. They actually responded to my initial questions rather than giving me a generic response like the other 2 companies I reached out to. Pricing was fair and transparent. The inspection was detailed and the inspector made sure to go over it all afterwards to ensure I understood everything on the report and in the home. Before the end he addressed any questions I had. We had called Home Pro to do a pre-inspection before actively listing our home.
It was a very easy process of calling Home Pro and being able to get an appointment with in few days. Steve was the inspector that did a thorough evaluation of our systems and interior/exterior conditions. He spend time on arrival to explain his processes that he uses. Then at the conclusion of his inspection (about 1.5 hrs +) he gave us a snapshot of items that we could have corrected. Fortunately there were not any major corrections needed.
