Due to an emergency, the edge of our LVP got a bad scrape. I called Hillers who had installed the LVP and spoke with Kyle. The original plan was to replace the edge but unfortunately the color is no longer made. Kyle says “not a problem,” he came out and fixed the scraped edge so that you cannot tell it was ever damaged. Thank you Kyle and thank you Hillers for the excellent service.

I went to Hiller’s to look at some carpet, as I am working on the details of a renovation at my new home in Kansas City, but I am having to do much of the planning remotely. Even though I was not sourcing through their store, the sales Associate, Jenny, was so incredibly kind and patient in helping me look at samples. She gave me excellent information, provided her expert opinion, and made me feel confident in my decision. If you are ever in need of a flooring specialist, Jenny and her team would be an excellent choice!

Working with Hillers was an outstanding experience from start to finish. From the first point of contact, Anthony did a great job explaining the entire process and making sure I understood all the options available. He was professional, knowledgeable, and easy to work with.
On the occasions when Anthony wasn’t available (he day off or with another customer), his manager Riley stepped right in and kept everything moving seamlessly. That level of teamwork and support really says a lot about the company.
