Ryan recently performed a service check on my gas fireplace. He found an issue which needed to be repaired and then explained to me how he would be fixing it. I appreciated that he took the time to explain the process to me and that he also left the fireplace and the area around the fireplace cleaned up. My fireplace is working great now!
A real company that takes care to make sure they get the job done. No AI or phone menu when you call - someone answered the phone and got us setup for an install during the hottest days of summer with a shorter turnaround than any other company we called.

Maison did a great job diagnosing the problem with our 13-year-old AC (a refrigerant leak) and found the location of the leak within a reasonable timeframe. He patiently explained the problem and solution options. We eventually purchased a new AC system from another company, but no complaints at all with Maison’s service. Thank you!
