Bob The Bug Man is a highly responsive and effective pest control service, especially for customers living in wooded or undeveloped areas. The company's customer service is described as spectacular, with staff being sweet and helpful in answering all questions. However, some customers have reported issues with the treatment of Asian beetles, where additional treatments were required at no extra cost, but the problem persisted despite the expensive annual contract. While the company claims to guarantee their service, some customers have found the staff to be dismissive of their ongoing issues.
After a huge infestation of asian beetles, I reached out and they came back out to do an additional treatment at no cost to me. This is great customer service.
I am on the contract price, have been for years. I told them the main issue is Asian beetles. It costs close to $800 a year to have them come spray (I think they come out 4 times a year). They supposedly guarantee that it'll work since I'm on the most expensive plan. I have called a couple times telling them that we still have Asian beetles everywhere and each time the woman who answers is rude and tell us that it is working. Even though I have thousands of beetles on and in my house. They simply don't care.
