I need a last-minute braider due to a vacation that was coming up and it was so hard to find in Rochester because I’m fairly new here I called several places got no answer or phone got disconnected, but once I called the villa, I got a professionalism And cater to my last-minute request, the environment was very comfortable and cozy. She was very professional and felt like family, which was very important for me but what blew my mind was when she finished my hair and I felt amazing and relieved. I am renting suite 4 Skinserious. When I opened in May everyone was very welcoming and helpful. I felt at home right away!!!! as for services they’re all very professional and it shows in their work.

My son needed a haircut, James got him in the same day and did a fabulous job! My son loves his haircut and he loved the extra care James took to make sure my he was comfortable the entire time! The salon is gorgeous and I was very impressed by all the extra attention to details, from the floors to the seating to the decor! I’ll be booking an appointment for myself to experience the extra attention James pays his clients to making sure they look their very best!
