For us this was a pretty seamless process!! We were within a week of our estimated closing date, which was pretty great. The house is beautiful and Jeremy was always very patient and responsive. He never seemed bothered by my questions (even though I felt annoying). The office team was also great. Gorgeous and well constructed home. Bigelow homes is a well working and well oiled machine. So happy we used them!

Moving to a new town without much of the local knowledge, I heavily relied on Bigelow's expertise when it comes to selection of material that is functional, durable and aesthetically pleasing. Throughout the design and building process, Jeremy promptly and patiently answered all my questions and provided the best advice. The subcontractors Bigelow work with are all courteous and helpful in every aspect. We have worked with Bigelow Homes twice. The first time we worked with Jeremy to build our townhouse. Jeremy was very good to work with and he listened to what we had to say. The second time we worked with Mike. He was wonderful to work with as well. He answered all of our questions and responded in a timely manner. We don’t plan to build or move again but if we did, we would work with Bigelow Homes without hesitation.
