Bigelow Homes

James and his team at Bigelow homes made our journey to the Rochester area seamless! Initially we were not finding options in our budget so James was willing to help us find a solution. Then one of their homes with a finished upstairs and in unfinished basement became available. We engaged their team to finished the basement and add a deck in advance of moving in. They were very accommodating in adding new features to the design plan and providing timely updates on the progress of completion to close on the sale. We highly recommend working with James and his team.

For us this was a pretty seamless process!! We were within a week of our estimated closing date, which was pretty great. The house is beautiful and Jeremy was always very patient and responsive. He never seemed bothered by my questions (even though I felt annoying). The office team was also great. Gorgeous and well constructed home. Bigelow homes is a well working and well oiled machine. So happy we used them!

Moving to a new town without much of the local knowledge, I heavily relied on Bigelow's expertise when it comes to selection of material that is functional, durable and aesthetically pleasing. Throughout the design and building process, Jeremy promptly and patiently answered all my questions and provided the best advice. The subcontractors Bigelow work with are all courteous and helpful in every aspect.
