Dr. Bircher is the best—he’s knowledgeable, communicates clearly, is patient and kind. Best of all, his steroid shots are practically painless! He’s definitely my doctor now for these weary knees!

I only met Dr. Gulli once and he was extremely nice but his care team is terrible. After being referred for imaging, I was told they would call me to help me schedule an appointment with a spine/neck specialist. I called several times and sent several message through the electronic portal. I also asked my records to be sent to my Chiropractor who referred me and he never received them. I finally got tired of sitting and waiting in pain and did my own research to find a different provider. I wonder if they’ll even notice that a patient disappeared on them? I bet they’ll reach out when they want the bill paid.

While snowmobiling I busted my tibia and fibia, I was rushed by ambulance to North Memorial where I met MD Lafferty and his team. This guy is by far the coolest MD I have ever met! I would recommend Lafferty and his team a million times over. Thank you guys sincerely Kyle and Melissa
