She also did my husband’s many years ago and he also continues to have her as his eye doctor. When my father-in-law had cataract surgery somewhere else and continued to have pain, Dr Affiat examined him and found a remnant of the old lens was left in his eye and she successfully removed it. She is a very pleasant person to work with and extremely competent. I trust her and am grateful to have heras my eye and vision specialist.“

They are all extremely knowledgeable and spend countless hours on every person that walks through their doors helping them to heal physically, mentally, and spiritually.“

She asks how you are feeling that day and if anything is new or has changed. Sarah knows just how much pressure to apply on both sore and stiff muscles. She is friendly and kind. After my massage I feel so relaxed like I am floating, so peaceful, and less soreness and stiffness. I highly recommend Sarah at Crocus Hill Acupuncture and Herbal Medicine for your massage needs.“

4201 Excelsior Blvd, Minneapolis“I found Life Medical by chance when I was looking for a primary care doctor. I moved to Minnesota to go to the Mayo Clinic to be treated for lymphoma. I was set up with Dr. Biel. I could t have found a better physician and doctor. He listened carefully and took through notes and really engaged with me to hear my concerns. He has now been my primary care doctor for over 3 years. He helped me through my treatments, and really provided the type of care I would want from a doctor. If you’re looking for a primary care doctor that does personalized medicine and takes time to know you as a patient, this is the clinic! I’m beyond grateful for the care I receive here.“

I found the diagnostic testing was comprehensive and therapy slowly helped me overcome my symptoms. PT Alexandra worked diligently with me the whole time and we enjoyed our visits immensely even when my progress at times was slow. I saw a few OTs so didn’t develop as close a relationship with them but they were all invested in my therapy and improvement as well. My thanks to Danielle at reception and the many people who worked to diagnose my concerns and the care plan to help me heal.“

5109 36th Ave N, Crystal“At risk of making it harder to get an appointment, I just want to recommend Dr. Krieger to every person who not only wants great medical care, but also an incredibly thorough consultation. I have had hypothyroidism for 20 years, among other health issues, and Dr. Krieger took a considerable amount of time to educate me on the anatomy and chemistry involved. I've read about it online, but never have I had someone who was eager to answer all my questions and understand my health. In addition, Dr. Krieger is the first doctor who has taken my weight seriously. In the age of "fat acceptance," a lot of healthcare professionals have taken to medicating the problems caused by weight, rather than actually working with the patient on the root causes. I came in with a pre-existing weightloss plan, and he gave some very good advice based on studies on how I can fine tune it. But as someone who struggled with weight in the past, he also had a tremendous amount of empathy and experiential knowledge. I simply can't recommend him enough. They also have a number of different specialties under one roof, including a podiatrist and a colorectal specialist, among others. The staff at Voyage is also amazing. The receptionists are happy to see you, the nurses are fun and engaging, the phlebotomist is hilarious, etc. And the clinic itself is very convenient, clean, spacious, well-lit, and easy to navigate. My only gripe is they have a pretty outdated online patient portal. Only certain types of appointments can be made online, and the patient records and messaging system are a little clunky. I'd like to see them upgrade that software, but I'm telling you the treatment I receive there makes that minor inconvenience trivial. Oh, and they're still doing the silly "clean pen/dirty pen" bins that were popular during covid but were about as effective at preventing viral spread as the completely made-up "six feet" rule. Masking is optional for both patients and staff, though. If you're super turned-off by the silliness from the 2020-2021, then you might be turned off here. But I think you'd be hard-pressed to find a medical clinic that isn't still going through some of the motions. As someone who runs in those skeptical circles, I figured I'd acknowledge it.“

The care, not only in the treatment sense but the actual caring sense, is the best I've experienced. I've received help that has resulted in improving issues I just thought I had to incorporate into my reality. The staff is wonderful. Everyone is kind, there is no sense of being rushed in and out, and there's some hilarious people working here. I've often left thinking of clever quips I wish I had said, but it's a clinic, not improv at Second City. Dr Kueller, Dr Pingel and Dr Ozbeki are all fantastic, knowledgeable and easy to talk freely with. Also, the space has local art on display, the waiting room can feel like a gallery. Ten stars!“

St. Paul's Lutheran Church, 2742 15th Ave S, Minneapolis“This is a nice FREE clinic. They have a lot of support and comprehensive care! You go into the clinic and the receptionists will check you in. You are seen in order of first-come first serve. Then a nurse will see you. After the nurse, a patient care lead will see you. This person will advocate for you and they also have Spanish translators if you need it. If they think that you are at a high risk for kidney disease or have a family history of someone with kidney disease, the medical clinician will order a lab test for you. A lab technician checks your urine to check your kidney function. After, you can go on with your normal visit. There’s also pharmacy clinician who comes up with the best plan for medications you can take. They then go to see a doctor and s/he will come in to see you and give you the prescription. After, they send you to the pharmacy and you can get a month supply of prescription medication for free. The whole process takes 1-2 hours because everyone here is a student volunteer but if you have time, they provide very thorough care!“

“Highly recommend this medical clinic. I started as a new patient in fall 2025 and have had several excellent interactions with everyone from the front desk, billing, and my assigned primary care doctor. The building has been updated and the waiting area is comfortable. Parking is easy and the location is super easy to get to off of 66th and just down from 35W.“
