E H Renner provides great service, with friendly and helpful staff. Scheduling and communication are easy, and issues are resolved promptly. The team, including Heather and Josh, are professional and courteous, going above and beyond to assist customers. They take the time to explain things and work with clients to resolve problems, making the experience stress-free and satisfactory.
Heather took great care of getting everything set up for our well chlorination treatment and Josh came out to do the treatment. Everything was great, scheduling was easy, communication was great and Josh was so incredibly friendly and helpful. Not the company that installed our well, but the company we will now use for any of our well needs. Glad to have found them.
Great service and really friendly staff. Everyone! They resolved my issue immediately and response-time was fantastic. They tried to help resolve my issue with me on the phone and I appreciated that. In the end they sent Josh out and he was a professional and very helpful! Great job!
