I had a great experience with Midway, it was the first time I had to pump out my new septic after three years. Dave was the service man, and he was very kind, respectful, and did everything on his own, so it was a very easy experience. I feel like he went above and beyond to help educate me on the septic system and best ways to maintain it and access it which to me was tremendously helpful, and I found it so kind that he just took the time to explain that to me because as a new homeowner, it can be a little overwhelming knowing all the different things I have to do to maintain the house. Our level alarm went off at midnight for our mound system. Called Midway at 8 am to have someone come out to fix. They came out the same day, diagnosed that the effluent pump was bad and replaced it. Total time on site was under an hour. Really good service. Thanks!

We had a sewer drain line backing up. The crew came out the same morning to get the job done. They quickly got to work, even though we had to do some demolition because a previous homeowner build a bar on top of the clean out. Midway got everything cleared, have us some advice on preventative maintenance for the drain line, and we're able to invoice us immediately. Price was reasonable and clearly laid out on the invoice.
