Had a Navien unit put in and the technician failed to hook it up properly to propane. The door burst off and the warranty was voided as it was improperly installed. Could not reach anyone and had to purchase a brand new unit from someone else

Could I give a lower review than one star. They took my down payment in fall for a geo-thermal heating and cooing system, but installed my system in the spring, rarely returned my calls, promised much but delivered little. What a bunch of shysters. At least they finished my system.
