My daughter found John first, She was so happy with his service, price and ease to communicate with.
I called him and he has worked on my laptop several times. It is like a new one.
As a side note, John' Dad was our family lawyer. His sister and mine were friends from K-12 in school. And John and I both worked for CDC reporting to the same guy but John came along 10 years later.

John was exceptionally knowledgeable and thorough. He cleaned the hardware, audited all programs, and updated or removed software and viruses as needed to ensure the system is running at its best. He also took the time to research the best graphics card for Felix’s specific needs.
John is kind, honest, and highly professional. I strongly recommend his services.
John runs an excellent business. My retired wife and i have both been business owners and can tell you this guy should be training all businesses on customer service. we have used him 3 times over the past several years for our personal computers. We always ask to be sure he isnt retiring or selling the business.
