I highly recommend Jake's for all tree removal needs. I had a tree fall on my house on a Tuesday night and they were at my house removing it by 9:30 the next morning. They do charge a premium for emergency services, but it was worth it. They were very efficient and provided high quality service. They very carefully removed the tree ensuring not to cause any additional damage to my house and cleaned up so well that you would have never known there was a tree down.
Jake & his crew are amazing— we had a large limb fall on our house that came through the roof. He explained how he would work with our insurance company— taking away my stress! He and his crew not only removed the limb quickly & efficiently, but cleaned up all the mess and hauled it away! This was the best experience I have ever had dealing with a tree removal service. I am so appreciative!
I’m updating my original review. After our first initial experience, we weren’t too happy. After hearing about it - Jake personally came back out with his crew and directed them on exactly what needed to be done. They did such a fantastic job, and a true heavy trim. The tree looks absolutely INCREDIBLE now.
We are very happy with the final results, and sincerely appreciate not only the owners dedication to ensuring customer satisfaction, but also the two hard working men that came out to work on our tree. I can now confidently say that the work was well worth the money we spent. I can’t thank you all enough for your hard work and the amazing trim.
