“We had an excellent experience with Bat Free.
As the weather warmed, we could hear the telltale sounds of bats that had wintered over in our attic and walls. This was after hiring another company last year to exclude the bats. Bat Free came out and inspected the house and found several openings that would allow the to enter. They made it so that any bats in the attic could get out, but could not get back in. The problem is solved.

Bat Free provided excellent communications before and during the process. They even came back out and reinspected when we had questions. They pride themselves on excellent customer service and demonstrated that during our experience.

Bat Free provided a quote for the work, which was more than fair, and one that was the final price.

I'm confident that we'll not need their service again on this house, but if we ever need their service, they will be the first company we call. We definitely will recommend them to others that experience issues with bats.“
