Two scheduled appointments and no one showed up. Company seems sketchy. Update: Third time must be the charm. I rolled the dice ? and have been having luck so far. From 1 to 3 stars as of 10/09/24.
I’m very disappointed in lack of communication from this company. I have both pest control and exclusion services through Terminix and several times I have had the wrong team sent out for appointments. Whenever I call to make an appointment I’m told there are no available appointments and someone from the branch will reach out to me and no one ever does. I have asked multiple times to have my issues escalated to management and am told a manager will call me back. Of course no one ever does.
