“I liked the service provided and they seem to be very knowledgeable. One observation, I did feel like the doctor rushed through our initial assessment a bit but when I asked him questions he did slow down and stop to respond and explain my condition and procedure.“

“My UConn college daughter has some eye challenges due to rheumatoid arthritis. She called Dr. Herman from school with her new concerns and he suggested she see a local dr for an exam to make sure it wasn’t a flare.

The guy who answered the phone was so kind and considerate. And prompt in calling her back. After her horrific experience with the Connecticut eye dr that afternoon, she called me in tears. I called Plymouth Vision myself. The other receptionist was also so kind and helpful. Dr. Herman got on the phone and not only helped me to help her but offered to call her at school. When she didn’t answer (because she was still a bit overwhelmed) he called back AGAIN. What kind of doctor is that diligent and compassionate?!? She’s calmed down, relieved, and has a plan now.“

“I moved to Minnesota from Iowa and needed to find a new eye doctor. Moving to Kennedy Vision was seamless and easy, and I was able to get scheduled very quickly. The office in Plymouth was clean and everyone was very friendly. I ordered my contacts through them and they arrived very quickly. I did see an update that they requiring all patients to do the Optomap exam, which is not fully covered by insurance (I believe it's a $39 copay for patients 18+). While this may be beneficial, I do with there was an option to stick with the basic exam that is covered. Overall, I have had a good experience so far with Kennedy Vision!“

“My exam was excellent, the techs and dr were phenomenal. Check in was easy and my appointment was comfortable.

My only feedback was when the glasses sales rep was not super transparent with the costing breakdown of the optional/recommended add ons for glasses/contacts such as e.g. transitional lenses which I opted out, saving $75. I was shown two separate prices that were similar for glasses and contacts that would have cost +$800 total, it was voiced over very quickly without a clear articulation of total costs until I pressed to understand more details and made the decision to forgo contacts for another month due to affordability. I thought $450 was my total until I realized that was only for glasses after insurance. Maybe I need more guidance than others, but when the charges are adding up quickly I’d invite them to change their processes to carefully walk clients through was is optional and what is baseline. They were super kind and helped me pick frames, it unfortunately gave me some discomfort when I almost was talked into services I did not need or want.“
