Going into a holiday weekend and of course our AC went out. Tried everything we could think of before we called in OHC. Autumn was such a sweetheart and definitely tried her hardest to get someone out before the after hours time started. She kept checking in with me and gave me updates on when she thought she could get a tech out to me. Luckily she was able to get tech out and he was done in less than an our. He was very informative and even helped me learn the fancy thermostat that was in the house. 10/10 would definitely recommend Owatonna Heating & Cooling.

I went in for a part, and a technician came out and talked with me to better understand the issue. He actually provided me with some other alternatives to the problem that didn't require me purchase a part. After talking it through, ( i did purchase a part) and he took a few more minutes to talk about how it goes in and hooking it up.

On one of coldest days of this year my furnace had problems. Called Owatonna heating and cooling and they were prompt and professional and had a service technician at my house with in an hour. Got the furnace working again rather quickly. Would recommend. Our service tech was Brandon, he was great to work with and answered all the questions I had about some preventative care for the future. Thanks OHC
