When I lived in Arizona, I had a beautiful bookwall custom built by a local cabinet maker. I moved to Nevada and had to leave it behind as it was built-in to the home. I couldn’t find a local cabinet maker to build a new bookwall in Sparks, NV so I started searching for other solutions. I found Bookwalls in Owatonna, MN and gave them a call. They worked closely with me from the design process through the installation (I installed the bookwall myself) to ensure that I was completely satisfied. Their communication and professionalism was outstanding. I received regular updates, including photos, as the project progressed. The bookwall was delivered on schedule and was very well packed. There was no damage to any pieces. Assembling the bookwall took a full day, but I was able to do it myself with the help of very clear instructions. I’m so happy to have found Bookwalls and absolutely love the product! Highly recommend.
Currently working with John and Barb for my mother's grave stone. It's going to be a family stone as we bought the surrounding graves so we can be laid to rest with her. I'm blown away by how understanding and patient they are with us. John listed to my siblings and I, and without overwhelming us with all the options, took what we said and helped us zero in on a design that will help us honer our mom and give us a space for our names too. Wow! I cannot say enough good things about how amazing of a job they did. I brought my boat in to be detailed and they brought it back to a like-new condition. The team was responsive to my questions and tackled the whole project quickly and efficiently. I will definitely use them again.

I used their laundromat service a few years ago. This visit it was closing time & they were kind enough to let me go ahead and use the washers. It was above & beyond service! Saved my weekend, since we were traveling and needed some of the clothing! The cost was very reasonable! The owners are great people! Highly recommended!

what i got vs the photo (i asked him to make some changes) and i got exactly what i wanted!! the man was super quick, efficient, easy to talk to and i never felt anxious when asking for changes, offered a beverage, made sure i was comfortable, and let my friend sit next to me. the only thing i could criticize on maybe is that i got nail glue on my hands/tips on fingers a bit. but hey, for the price and outcome, I AM NOT UNHAPPY!! he was still very professional and kind. love my nails!! Steve came highly recommended by a dear friend and we couldn’t be happier with our service. He answered my phone call and was at my house within hours. We had a ridiculously huge clog in our main drain line and it took a lot of work and a little bit of creativity to clear it. I don’t know that the line has ever been serviced(super old home) and the sheer volume of roots present was immense. My drain line is now clear and I was left with a prevention plan/advice and product recommendation to help prevent my neighbors tree from doing this again. He kept me informed and showed me what was going on throughout the entire work process. It took 3.5 hours of work to fix. We will most definitely call again and plan to have him come for maintenance/prevention visits. Thanks for your help!

Had a very relaxing experience at Rischaria Hands Of Magic. The atmosphere was calm, welcoming, and professional from the moment I walked in.
