I reached out to Americas Best Cleaning & Restoration Services for a bad smell coming from our vents and we had used them to clean our vents and carpets a few years ago. Brent was very helpful and able to come for a camera inspection of the area we were concerned about and provided a few temporary fixes for the time being.

Brent (in La Crosse WI) cleared years of
debris from our heating ducts. This job kept him intently occupied for four solid hours. As he completed this, he also quickly and expertly handled my often-stupid questions. (Oh, and then he very kindly released my cat from 'detention', when done.) When my cat was 22 years old and was unable to get to the litter box and was not eating, I let her lie on an area rug her last days, so it got pretty messy. I took it to America's Best for cleaning and it came out beautifully. Oh yes, Salina, the cat, got up, after a few days lying there, and wanted to go outside so I let her out and I never saw her again. She really liked being outside and I guess she wanted to go to her Happy Place.

I was referred to America's Best. We had a great experience with the company and Brent. We had an issue with mold and a water leak in the foundation wall. Brent inspected the area that needed attention and gave me an accurate estimate for the mold remediation. He showed up on time and was professional and courteous during the remediation. Thank you

These guys just tried to charge me $129.99 just for AN ESTIMATE. They didn't need to leave their office or do anything extraordinary. I gave them the nature of my cleaning job, info about all of the surfaces, and square footage over the phone. Then *WHAM* "your estimate is ready and it will be $129.99...if you use our services, then we will deduct that amount from your final bill." When I objected, he said this is a really good deal because their estimates for mold work cost a lot more.
