From the Ground Up provides excellent customer service, with technicians handling requests gracefully and completing jobs to a high standard. The lawn services, including mowing and fall clean-up, have been executed excellently. Customers have had positive experiences and plan to continue using their services. The team has provided landscape services twice now, with constantly high quality work and competitive pricing. Workers are professional and respectful. This is the place to go for anything landscaping, as they bring ideas that blow minds and work within budgets to provide the best service. Folks are solid, reliable.
Chris did a great job. I had a difficult project to keep water away from my house foundation. He presented his plan and we met to discuss it. He respectfully listened to my concerns and he was willing to revise the plan. In the end we agreed with the strategy and moved forward with the project. Things are working great after multiple heavy rains this year. I am very satisfied. Will call Chris again if needed.

We needed a couple of trees removed away from the house. Chris came out and walked the property and came up with some solutions and took pictures and marked the trees. Listened to any special requests we had about brush removal and where we wanted the logs stacked.
A week or so later Bailey and crew came out and introduced themselves and made sure the instructions they had were what we wanted. They busted their tails on a hot day and got it done in a couple hours. They asked if everything looked good before they left and even fluffed up the grass where they had driven equipment. Would highly recommend.
They removed two ash trees in our fenced-in backyard a few years ago and did a great job for a fair price when few others would consider the job because it required a climber. No cranes or other large equipment could access our backyard
