When I lived in Arizona, I had a beautiful bookwall custom built by a local cabinet maker. I moved to Nevada and had to leave it behind as it was built-in to the home. I couldn’t find a local cabinet maker to build a new bookwall in Sparks, NV so I started searching for other solutions. I found Bookwalls in Owatonna, MN and gave them a call. They worked closely with me from the design process through the installation (I installed the bookwall myself) to ensure that I was completely satisfied. After being disappointed in my discussions with several woodworkers and custom gun room designers, I stumbled across the Bookwalls website. Katie, my contact/designer there, said they had never built cabinetry for firearms, but the guys in the shop were confident and excited to give it a shot (no pun intended.) I was kept informed at every step of the process. When the product arrived, I was astounded at the quality of the materials and finishes. Bookwalls is an AMAZING company! From start to finish, it was wonderful working with them! Katie is superb at organizing your project and brainstorming ideas of how to make the bookwall fit your desired space. We loved being able to provide a design and vision and then see it come to life, and without the hassle or inconvenience of someone coming to your home. We have used them for 2 major projects - the bookwalls were shipped to us out of state and came perfectly packaged. We absolutely love our bookwalls!
