“I went in to get a half sleeve done by Jose, I showed him what I wanted & he over exceeded my expectations. Each session was over 12 hours long, but we sat it out & got the job done same day. I gotta say he’s very talented in his craft & truly takes his time to ensure the tattoo comes out as close to perfect as possible. In my opinion he’s definitely one of the best artist in Minnesota.
