“Update: Carver Lake has continued to be amazing. My dog is currently my at training, and she ended up breaking a nail. Carver Lake was able to get me in same day for a visit, to ensure that Pepper had appropriate medical care and medication. She is an anxious pup, and they do amazing with her - even when she was without the normal anxiety meds she takes pre- vet appointment. I appreciate their knowledge, flexibility, and care!

I have used Carver Lake for a few years now, and I had to use them this week when it was time for my 18 year old cat, Ramsey, to cross the rainbow bridge. They were able to get me in same day, and they were incredible. I appreciate the care and attention and patience they demonstrated with something that is so hard for a pet parent to navigate through. I have always thought very highly of Carver Lake and recommended them to other pet parents. This experience exceeded my expectations, and I am so thankful for them.“

We absolutely love the repro team at Inver Grove Animal Hospital! Courtney and Kristie take such good care of me and my girls. From progesterone testing to TCI’s to whelping prep, they are always kind, organized, and completely on top of timing and details.

We truly feel taken care of and honestly, like family. The phone calls to check in as we get close to whelping mean so much. That level of care and follow-through makes a high-stress process feel steady and supported.

So grateful for this team and the way they show up for us every single time. LOVE them!

“I have been taking my Boston Terrier to Leah at Haute Dog for a few years for nail clipping. She is very gentle with him and I love how she talks to him! Only dog I've ever had who needs his nails clipped at all, much less every 4 weeks--glad I found the right place to take him--thank you!“

“We took our cat Nala to Cassie for grooming, and she truly worked magic. Nala is super feisty and cried the entire car ride—she even managed to get herself out of her carrier. I was honestly nervous about how it would go, but Cassie handled her with so much patience and care. When I came back an hour and a half later, Nala was calm, relaxed, and sitting quietly in her carrier—not a single meow. She looked beautiful, and you could tell she’d been treated gently and professionally. Cassie did an amazing job, and we’ll definitely be back!“
