Happy with the staff, promptness of appointment times (and availability!) and really appreciate paying in the room rather than the front desk. I have been to several of the docs here and they’re all great, but lately I have been seeing Dr. Hagen. She is an excellent listener, caring and knowledgeable. My dog loves going here so that tells me he approves!
Carver has done an amazing job with my sick cat Guinness. I brought him there years ago with asthma and skin conditions. He is now on a HA food for allergies and has no asthma that was a misdiagnosis. Part of the trial and error of pet care. They have invested so much time and effort into his treatment to keep him comfortable. They also always find time to sneak him in for emergency ear or bladder infections. I have seen all the vets and they are truly amazing!
We have been bringing our dog to Carver Lake for years. They treat him like a member of the family. The staff is friendly and they take the time to get to know your pet. Our dog has had multiple health problems and several surgeries, and we trust the vets and staff at Carver Lake with his care.
