“My family members and I have been patients at this clinic for many years. I've always had compassionate care by Dr. Hanson and his team. Tonight I had the good fortune to work with Jane K, a nurse on call. She was able to help me circumvent some procedural steps that enabled us to get my dad (also a patient here) started on a paxlovid regimen at least 20 hours earlier than their protocol was suggesting. Her compassion and ability to make a call to a very caring doctor (Hanson) put us on what I hope will be a shortened road to recovery! “I took a cooking class here with a co-worker and I didn't expect it to be as amazing as it was! Our work offers wellness dollars to use for classes so first off, the class was free. Secondly, the menu was delicious. Third, the kitchen was huge and I felt like I was on a cooking TV show. Childhood dreams fulfilled. The thing I wasn't expecting was that since the class was in a group of about 15 people, we weren't able to cook everything individually. We were split into groups and each group got to decide what item they got to cook. Everyone in my group each worked on a different step of the directions. I liked it and it was fun but I was hoping to work through the whole recipe on my own - however, I know that's not possible with such a large group. The chef Jeremy was charismatic and very knowledgeable. He taught us techniques on how to cut certain vegetables/fruits and tips on cooking as well. I loved his hands-on approach ! He was super nice as well. Of course, the menu couldn't be beat. Although we weren't able to take the food home (bummer) we served the food family-style and everyone got to serve themselves and get seconds. Had a great time overall!“

“I hope I can start there as soon as possible the transitional care of that I'm in right now this is lacking highly in this field and also communication and nutrition.I had a wonderful staff at the Alina hospital but I highly doubt this is a facility that will keep me up to the status quo .I will also need to keep very clean hygiene due to open-heart surgery And this place offers one shower a week. They said at the hospital I'm doing so well I'll probably get out of transitional care in an extremely short period of time. It didn't take me long to figure out nobody knows what's going on here and nobody can give you any answers your left in the lurch. I am really looking forward to getting extremely positive outcome Found the courage Kenny rehabilitation center. I am sure they will show me the same professional here as they did in the hospital what a wonderful staff“

“I have Sacroiliac Joint dysfunction, I was already in a lot of pain and I hate needles. To know that I need injections made my anxiety worse. When you don't know who is going to take care of you during your procedure is very frightening especially when you're already in a lot pain and you're scared that they won't have any compassion for others who are truly scared of the hospitals, clinics, the instruments etc. Dr Fredricks was truly kind to me, the imaging employee name Kim was the best. Kim was like a mother who held me through the whole process. I was sweating and crying but she held my hands the whole time. It was better than I had anticipated because I had their team. Even the radiologist tech, he was very kind.Dr Fredicks was soft with my steroid injections too. He didn't just yank the needles out. Thank you for taking care of me like I am someone who you care about.I can not express how much they all impact me today. Thank you.“
“I have been an Allina patient since moving to Minnesota, 25 years ago. All my doctors are Allina. I have ongoing primary care, pulmonary, an orthopedic doctors, and have had very good experience with all of them. They are not all at Inver Grove Allina. One is at West St Paul Allina, and one is in downtown St. Paul. Now the availability of virtual visits is very handy and much more convenient for me. They don’t replace all visits, of course, but they can eliminate trips to urgent care when it’s impossible to get a doctors appointment quickly.“
“I grew up in this neighborhood but this was my first time going to this clinic location. I had an awesome experience coming here. The staff was amazing from the check in all the way to the lab. Dr. Venzon was professional, thorough and so knowledgeable! I felt so comfortable with her and the nurse assistant Emily. They made me feel safe and they were very informative on explaining everything. This will definitely be my new clinic from now on. They were able to get my medical records easily and knew my medical history. I love the location and parking was easy. Also, it was easy to get an appointment within less than a couple weeks from calling.“
