My experience was that save for the front desk staff, 4:4 medical staff were really disrespectful via condescension, I had to repeat myself several different times almost as though nothing was documented and no one listened. I was also ridiculed for challenging the male radiologist on his saying he had no previous history, which he did, and he changed his story FOUR times only to attempt make me feel like I was the wrong one. He mocked me for explaining pain that he said "I don't look into that" and I was bullied in the end. Beyond unprofessional. Do no harm? This doctor didn't look into that.

Policy does not allow the staff to help you request your old records from other locations. The staff members I spoke with were unhelpful and unpleasant. When I requested to complain about the policy, they transferred me to an unrelated clinic at a different hospital. I strongly recommend against this center based on experience.

When it is time for your annual squish for science, there is no place I'd rather go. Amazingly caring staff. They provide you with a real robe in your size to coverup. No flimsy hospital gowns here. The staff is caring and kind making this the best possible experience.
