“I thought it was strange that Loop Nails has 5 stars on Google but after leaving, it makes sense. My nails look great - but it’s the customer service that makes this place 5 stars. I was greeted by name when I walked through the door, I was assisted through a check-in process, pricing was clear from the beginning with no upselling, the staff were friendly and engaging, refreshments were offered. I could go on and on and on. Payment was easy and I was given a welcome gift on my way out. Again, I love my nails but the people really make this place 5 stars.“

“Professional and clean. There are "leads" who clean and stock trolleys between clients. They claim that they sterilize instruments - which I can't tell for sure, but the fact that leads are replacing them between customers and how clean everything is, I'm not worried. My pedicure was very nice.“

“I recommend Annalise to folks without hesitation. She's a great esthetician, a kind person, and she is militant about hygiene, which I really appreciate. She makes it easy to communicate about scheduling, she gives great skincare recommendations for between appointments, and, most of all, my skin looks better and better every time I see her. I have super sensitive skin with rosacea, and her treatments are effective yet gentle- I've never had any post-treatment irritation. I know facials are such a luxury that few can afford, but if you can swing it, she is worth every penny.“

“Update: I went in and they completely redid my nails. They did an acrylic base over before gel manicure. The dip service definitely had issues and didn’t hold but the way they did it the second time has held up beautifully. They were very kind and apologetic. I’m glad I went back and I am very happy with my nails now. I do wish the dip had held up like I have had at other places as it’s rather expensive and I can imagine this second service was more so but I’m happy with them this time.

The service was good when we were there but as soon as I got home my nails chipped within hours. It’s disappointing to pay over $100 for two services and my nails didn’t even last a day.“

She’ll tell you — and offer suggestions that actually turn out better than your original idea. I love that she cares more about making sure your nails look amazing than just saying yes to everything.

She’s also super patient and always makes sure you love your nails before you leave. One thing I really value: she never makes you feel rushed. Getting my nails done is a treat, and Sally truly makes me feel pampered every time.

“Well designed and thought-out spa! The details and the paint in the mineral salt pool was just meticulous. If you have any doubts about the salt cave, you'll be as pleasantly surprised as i was to learn that if you lick your lips or body, you'll TASTE the saltiness!! Crazy! It is also a lot more relaxing than I anticipated. My only critique is that while the staff was kind and experienced, none used "quiet indoor" voices to match the rest of the theme and feelings they want to evoke. I absolutely loved the Himalayan salt foot lamp and the hydrofacial left me skin rejuvenated and hydrated. Definitely recommend overall.“
