The staff was very friendly. Sometimes their accents made them difficult to understand & services that should have offered were not. They are 1 of the most expensive salons that I have been to not least of which is because they charged for polish removal. I have always been under the impression that removal was only charged when it was stand alone service, especially since old polish needed to be removed before putting new on. Due to this I'm not sure I'll be going back.
I went to this salon for the first time for a gel pedicure last week. The salon is beautiful and clean. The service was excellent, and the pedicure I received was top level.
I am wondering if anyone knows if when they manicure do they use the motorized files/tools for nail prep or gel polish removal? My nails are VERY sensitive when they get too thin, and they get too damaged when the technician uses motorized tools to prep nails or does not properly soak off the gel polish (pulls it off to get it off quicker).
My daughter bought me a manicure for Mother’s Day and since then I’ve been back every month. The manicures are done beauty and last! This time I asked for an anchor on my bs and Eva did a great job! Just looking at my nails makes me smile. Everyone who has done my manicures and pedicure has been fantastic. Highly recommend.
