“Today I had the pleasure of having my manicure done by a wonderful woman whose professionalism and kindness made the experience exceptional. She was meticulous, skilled, warm, and genuinely cared about doing great work. I left with beautiful nails and feeling very well taken care of.
It also reminded me of something that goes beyond this appointment. Working with the public every day can’t always be easy. The people who care for us in salons aren’t just providing a service, they’re people with lives, families, challenges, stories, and years of experience that we may never know about.
I hope everyone who walks through these doors remembers that. Be patient. Be kind. Treat them with the same respect and dignity you would want for yourself or someone you love. Their work deserves appreciation, and so do they.

“I'm not generally one to get my nails done, but I needed something for an upcoming event. I opted for a basic gel mani/pedi and I'm so happy with the results! My nails look great - simple, clean, and just what I was hoping for.

The salon itself is a beautiful, clean, and calm atmosphere, which was great for me as it eased some of my anxiety about doing something new.

Katie and Kim were so sweet, kind, and accommodating to me. I got to the salon later than I had hoped to, and I was worried about not having enough time to do both a manicure and pedicure. Katie assured me that it was no problem. She and Kim worked together seamlessly and were willing to stay a few minutes past close to make sure everything was finished and I was happy with the results. That was very impressive to me - they could have turned me away due to time constraints, but they didn't.

The whole experience was easy and stress-free. I had absolutely no idea what I was doing, but both Katie and Kim took the time to gently and graciously guide me through the process. Before I arrived, I was a little worried about feeling judged for being completely clueless, but both women made me feel very comfortable, and didn't seem bothered at all when they needed to tell me what to do.

I can't say that I'm now going to start getting my nails done frequently, as it's just not something I'm into. However, I would absolutely return to Ruby Nails if I had occasion to in the future!
