“I didnt realize how hard it was to get hydrolic part replacements from big box or other chain retail stores. Went through 5 of them looking for a coupler that needed to be replaced that day, while some attempted to be helpful, none delivered the part I really needed. I found On Site Hose Repair from a desperate Google search, the owner was polite, patient, and understood the part I needed even after I gave a novice level explanation of an issue he had 25 years of experience fixing. I needed the part ASAP after wasting so much time with the other stores so I drove out there, paid a fair price for part I needed, and even had the part installed on my hydrolic hose to verify it was the correct coupler and fitment was in tolerance.
I'm hoping to not have more hydrolic issues in the future, but if I do, I know a reliable source for prompt and professional service now.”
