The technician was on time, and really took his time inspecting everything. He explained a component that may need to be addressed n the future. He was very personable and professional.
Absolutely incredible service, I’ve been told by 3 other companies that I need a new A/C. Chance came over and said I have a hard time trying sell you something that you honestly don’t need and it would be a downgrade to my current system. He was honest, fair, and extremely thorough. He actually preformed tests and made his own conclusions rather than trusting what other techs said. I’ve had box stores, mom and pops shops and this experience was by far the best. Not because of the outcome but because of the quality of his service. I asked about their maintenance plan and signed up on the spot.
