Home Care Heating and Air is Minnesota's only HVAC company owned and operated by a certified Master Chimney Professional. The company bridges a gap between the chimney and HVAC trades. Technicians like Doug, Joe, James (Jimmy), Lee, and Jamie are knowledgeable, kind, and efficient. Customers have had air conditioners replaced, furnaces and stoves worked on, and dryer and bathroom vents replaced. The service is quick, easy, and affordable, with one customer scheduling Sunday evening and having a chewed wire replaced by Tuesday morning. The work is excellent, and the technicians are exceptional specialists. Customers are impressed by the service and quality of work and highly recommend the company for HVAC work and maintenance. The team provides quality customer service, communication, and transparency, keeping families safe and comfortable year round. Very pleased with my entire experience with Alex Yang today. Arrived early which is always great, especially when your AC units goes out and it’s the hottest summer in a decade! As soon as he arrived he made us feel heard and important. Listened to everything we had to say even put up with my pesky dogs! He was very knowledgeable, Respectful, kind and helpful the entire time. Went over everything with us as well as explained from his experience the best options that would work for my family. Very happy with my experience today. Made a overall very stressful situation a good memory😌

Alex was excellent! He called ahead and was on time for the appointment. He was very knowledgeable, very professional and very polite! This was my first experience with Home Care Heating and Air and Alex made it a great experience!
Doug was awesome! On time, found the problem, tried ways to fix the old furnace and we talked about all options. He waived the emergency fee and will be installing a new furnace tomorrow. Will not hesitate to use Home Care in the future.
