“I can’t say enough. Diane whom I spoke with was great! I discussed many options and thoughts moving forward with our Propane needs and to be honest I was being a little challenging. But she addressed all my concerns and handled them very professionally and with a great attitude. Great to see that people still care about their customers!! Well done.”
“Speed Queen remains a stand-alone company with machines made in Wisconsin. Is clothes washer expensive? Yes. Heavy duty like your old Maytag? Yes. Gives real hot water? Yes. Can fill it up for lots of wash and rinse? Yes. Can open lid to add bleach etc? Yes. Gets those greasy, dirty jeans clean? Yes. Is Doug's a good place to buy? For sure. And we gladly spent the $89 for delivery, hook-up, test, training and move or dispose your old unit. Highly recommend both Speed Queen and Doug's TV and Appliance.”
