Troy and his team are fantastic!! Jumped in the shower the other day to freezing cold water. After looking for replacements, many companies told us a week out wait time. I Had a conversation with Troy. He was professional, straightforward and very clear around the process. He got our water heater fixed the same day. Straight up amazing service!! Not only did they fix it, but they also looked into our prior water heaters warranty and save this money. Fantastic company. I highly recommend!
