Dale was very friendly and knowledgeable. He also likes my dog, Karl. Karl was stuck to him like glue. Practically had Karl taught to hand him the proper tools. Anyway, Dale has been to our place many times and always has a solution to our fireplace problem. Highly recommend!

If I could give 10 stars I would! Beginning to end what an awesome team to work with. We put in a basement wet bar/kitchen & entertainment center and couldn't be happier with how it turned out. Jess did a great job bringing my vision to life and offering helpful suggestions/design ideas. Wes, Sam and team were so professional, thorough, and amazing communication! They made the process so seamless and the quality of the cabinets is incredible.

Gorgeous photos, but horrible communication. Our wedding was over a year ago and I’ve messaged Jon at least 5 times on multiple platforms and I still haven’t received a response or the rest of our photos. Very disappointed since he came highly recommended and he was so wonderful at the wedding.

I came home last summer at 7am to water flowing out from my bathroom and into other rooms of my main floor. That water was also going through the floor into the basement. The mess was HUGE! Captain Clean (Jared) was very quick to respond and was very thorough in checking moisture levels daily and making sure things got cleaned out and dried up properly. We are so thankful for his knowledge, attention, and dedication to the job he does. I couldn't imagine what mess we would have had if it wasn't for Jared's hard work and equipment.
Exceptional experience all the way around with JP Plumbing & Heating! I set up appointment for a quote. They showed up on time, provided an acceptable quote and coordinated with a local electrician for the needed updates. Lora, Seth and team were professional all the way around. The install team did a great job and cleaned up the area when finished. The Reznor unit they installed works better than I expected. Previously, I had a unit that was about 50 years old and was 3 times the size and much louder. This new 45,000 BTU unit is quiet and runs like a charm. I would not hesitate to do future business with the team at JP!
I had a major water leak in the Basement (water was gushing out of one of the pipe) last night around 9:30 pm and Josh who answered my call sent Nate for us to fix the leak right away. Laura is incredible. We have brought our son when he was 18m and 2 years. Both times he has screamed and made the cuts pretty difficult. Laura rolls with it and reassures you that it is no big deal and that he is doing great. She makes the whole experience easier!

Even though having something wrong with your vehicle isn't a great feeling Josh and the service department got to work quickly to figure out what was wrong with my vehicle and fix it back to new! They gave me an EV loaner which I was nervous about but they took the time to explain how it worked and figured out a system for charging it with my schedule.

Listen, if you want a fabulous experience with glasses, this is it! I have two children, myself, and my husband all in glasses. As you can imagine, children in glasses is a real party. My daughter has had several issues with frames (purchased elsewhere) over the past year, and the guys at Wal-Mart Optical have been so helpful! Two separate times her frames have snapped and they were able to help us out, no charge. They are also the only people in town that we have gone to who have known how to PROPERLY fit a pair of child glasses. It's not as simple as an adult. So pleased with our experience!!
I had 2 big windows to replace. The job was beautiful and Hoffman always communicated with me. I was given an honest estimate and that price did not change through the final payment. They also educated me about what I did and didn't want for the windows. Other estimates were much higher and I was never asked the questions Hoffman asked. The installer was excellent and finished the job as if nothing happened! Everything was cleaned up. Very happy with my windows and I will trust this company with projects in the future. Thank you!
GSM was incredible to work with! They are always highly recommended around town, so they were the first ones we called to scope a sewer line and quote work. They came in $8,000 below another company in the area, who quoted us work that didn't need to be done. GSM is honest, timely, and easy to work with.
Called on a Saturday to see if I could get in and she was so friendly, she said, how about in minutes i said take me about a 1/2 an hour to get there, and she said, see you when you get here, told me where they were located, walked in, picked out a color I got right in the chair and got my pedicure done. Very nice husband and wife. Working together so relaxing and I shall be back! Bring cash as they don't take cards!

Very reliable and affordable. Whomever I spoke to was very communicative. I’m out of state but he was able to get the truck where it needed to be. I’m in Santa Fe and had a truck towed about the same distance and it was almost double of what these guys charged. Appreciate it!
